Refund policy

At Solar Crown Beauty, all wigs and hair products are custom crafted per order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We only allow exchanges in the event of a verified quality or craftsmanship issue.

To qualify for an exchange:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

The wig/hair must be unworn, uninstalled, and unaltered

No cutting lace, bleaching, plucking, coloring, or glue

Original lace and packaging must remain intact

Photo + video proof is required

Item must be returned in original condition

Once approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping. After inspection, an exchange or replacement will be issued.

Please Note:

We do not accept exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect length or texture selected

• Personal preference changes

Chargebacks & Fraud

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed. All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation and are documented for protection purposes.
